To augment empowerment of women, rural youth and children, specially tribals by way of creating awareness in the field of education, health, agriculture and allied sectors in orders to promote and nurture traditional traits of nature care. To render all possible assistance and help to the government, semi-government, private (corporate) and voluntary agencies in the matters related to natural resource management, environment, climate, pollution and other allied areas. To undertake advocacy in critical issues pertaining to its mandates including implementation, environment, climate change, pollution and other allied areas.

To make continuous effort for equality and harmony in society and peace in world. To collaborate, if necessary, with organizations/ associations of retired personnel at central and other state levels for the furtherance of the above objectives. To take steps, if required, for generation of the resources for the society for fulfilling the objectives of the society. To take actions that are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of above objectives.
